How To Book

A personal visit is required in order to discuss your needs prior to booking your Session(s)

Once it is approved by management, we will contact you for pre-payment to confirm your booking

A minimum 3 hour block is required

There are no refunds for missed or cancelled sessions & any exceptions are at our discretion

Rates

​

$70 per hour (includes mandatory in-house engineer; you may bring your own engineer &/or producer if you wish)

$20 per hour maintenance fee will allow use of all instruments in our studio for the block

What To Expect & What Do We Expect

​

Load-in is 30 minutes prior to the Session start time

Please be prepared (& well-rehearsed) for your Session to maximize productivity

Make sure the equipment you will be bringing is in good working condition to minimize down time during the Session

If in-house equipment/instruments are abused or damaged, you will be billed for repair or replacement

Alcohol, drugs or smoking is prohibited in our facility

Security Surveillance is active 24/7 throughout our facility
