  Faculty

YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS

Mojo Music Instructors are bona-fide professionals who must meet the high standards of our AAA Criteria: Ability, accountability, & approachability.

ABILITY

Possessing either formal post-secondary music schooling, conservatory training or professional performance/writing experience, all instructors were formally interviewed, auditioned, & periodically reviewed to ensure they continue to provide elite lesson services. Our faculty (alumni, current & teacher substitutes) hail from prestigious institutions such as Humber College for the Performing Arts, Mohawk College Music Program, The Royal Conservatory of Music, YMES (Yamaha Music Education System) & Berklee College of Music.  They have studied with or continue to upgrade their skills with the cream of the crop of Canada’s Music Legends. In addition, many of our instructors are working professionals in the music industry, which allow you to benefit from their real-world experience.

If YOU possess the above credentials & would like to work at the Mojo School of Music, please submit a resume to:  mojomusicinc@gmail.com

ACCOUNTABILITY

All faculty are passionate about music & focused on student progress. As a result, we are known to be exceptionally responsive to parental/student concerns or requests regarding how lessons are progressing. At Mojo, we don’t believe in ‘passing the buck’ - we believe in frequent communication & re-directing a student’s musical course if need be to maximize their progress and achievement of their goals. Parent/student feedback is an essential part of this accountability process & we welcome it.

APPROACHABILITY

As important as formal qualifications & music ability, we pride ourselves on a faculty that is open to any discussions relevant to a student’s musical progress and direction. We have bred a school culture whereby faculty, management, & students are encouraged to communicate freely with each other.

You are indeed in good hands!
